Meal prep - Food safe containers (glass, stainless steel, ceramic) required. If not available can be purchased on first service part of grocery cost.

Plated course meal - Plates and cutlery for all courses required.

Family style gatherings - Serving platters, Utensils, plates, cutlery required. If disposable requested can be obtained through grocery cost. Large equipment required for specific events eg. BBQ.
